Production Process of Laundry Scent Beads

1. Comfirm the percentage of the fragrance Oil and micro-cupsule scents

2. Based confirmed formula-samples to confirm the color and size of beads

3. Buying the raw materils based  on the comfirmed quantity  

4. After all the material arrived,we will test it based on the supplier's COA.

5.All our raw material are qualified, then we will heat and melt them.

6. After couple hours then materil will be Formed into granulation

7. Test mass production beads size, color and scents based on comfirmed samples.

8. After products are passed, then pack into cartons wait to subpackage

9.Received all the designated packaging materials , check all the materail, release into our warehouse.

10. Beads will be sub packed by the instruciton from buyer.
